Analysis sessions, your Trainer will develop your bespoke plan of Training.

Diet and Nutrition:
Diet and nutrition are essential elements of any successful health and
fitness programme, they can be responsible for anything up to 80% of your final

training. It's important to understand the impact that diet has on your
performance and everyday wellbeing.
During your initial consultation you will be asked to complete a food diary
for a week, which is then analysed to create a personalised client report. We
will evaluate how your diet compares with what you should be eating to achieve

Teambuilding and Business sessions:
MN Training offers teambuilding sessions to sports teams or businesses looking to develop and work on teamwork and social skills within an exercise and fitness setting. Our sessions can be done at the clients chosen location be it park, beach, or place of work/ training centre.
At MN Training there is a huge interest and focus on sport specific training. We offer sports teams or sports people sessions tailored to their chosen sport and goals for that field. Diet, recovery and exercise is planned and delivered to suit that sport and its demands.
Wedding preparation and Hen parties:
Whether you the bride, groom or attendee, we offer pre wedding focus sessions for clients to achieve their goals. Brides or guests who want to drop dress sizes or weight, grooms or friends who want to lose weight, tone up or bulk we are here for you! We offer one on one packages or group packages based on your needs.
We also offer fun hen parties for the bride and her chosen friends which involve exercise, diet and training advice, personalised plans, teambuilding activities and health analysis.
