To lose fat you need have the correct balance between nutrition and training.
Training- should be highly intense with reduced rest time Inbetween working sets
Training agod be focused on cardio and weight lifting
Diet- eating certain foods at certain times is key. Carbohydrates shouldn't be disregarded as carbohydrates are key for glycogen replenishment. I advise carbs should be consumers around your workout preferably post workout to replenish the glycogen -I advise no carb intake pre wo to really utilise fat loss and fat used(burnt for energy)
